The tourist tax is established according to the provisions of art. 4 of Legislative Decree 14 March 2011 n. 23.

The tax is paid for each overnight stay in accommodation facilities located in the Municipality of Olbia, up to a maximum of 07 consecutive nights. The person responsible for tax obligations is the manager of the accommodation where those who are required to pay the tax are accommodated. The subjects who stay overnight in the accommodation establish the tax to the manager of the structure, which issues receipt of the sums collected. The manager of the accommodation makes the payment of the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Olbia. Children are exempt until the age of sixteen.

IN ADDITION TO THE PAYMENT OF THE STAY THROUGH BANK TRANSFER OR CREDIT CARD, GUESTS SHOULD ADD PERSONALLY THEN THE NUMBER OF EURO 2.50 PER NIGHT PER PERSON FOR THE TAX OF STAY.
